Our gowns

Every NooraNoir gown is made to order and cut to the measurements you provide. Slight variations in handmade details and fabric are natural and are part of what makes each gown one of a kind.

Measurements

You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you submit. Please follow our Size Guide carefully, and if you are unsure about anything, contact us at nooranoir.official@gmail.com before ordering — we are happy to help. We may contact you to confirm details before sewing begins.

Production and delivery

Handmade in 18 days. Allow 5–6 weeks to your door. Free shipping across Ireland and Europe. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros at checkout. Payment is processed through Shopify's secure payment providers. Your order is confirmed by email once payment is completed.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

As each gown is made individually to your measurements, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)). Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Full details, including our warranty for damaged or defective items, are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — photography, texts, and designs — belongs to NooraNoir OÜ and may not be used without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law. Our liability is limited to the value of your order, except where the law provides otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
