Refund policy

Every NooraNoir gown is made to order and cut to your own measurements. Because each dress is created individually for you, made-to-measure items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of fit or change of mind. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications.

Please take your measurements carefully before ordering — see our Size Guide, and if you are unsure about anything, write to us at nooranoir.official@gmail.com before placing your order. We would rather measure twice than sew once.

If something is wrong with your order

If your gown arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right: depending on the case, we offer a repair, a replacement, or a full refund. Your statutory rights under EU law, including the two-year legal guarantee for faulty goods, remain unaffected.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge before sewing begins — within 24 hours of purchase. Once your gown is in production, the order can no longer be cancelled, as the dress is already being made for you.
