How long does it take?
Handmade in 18 days. Allow 5–6 weeks to your door. Every gown is cut and sewn individually after you order — nothing is taken off a shelf.
Is it really made to my measurements?
Yes. There are no standard sizes at NooraNoir. You send us your measurements, and we cut the gown to them — the waist sits where your waist is, the hem falls where you want it. See our Size Guide for how to measure; if you are unsure about anything, message us before ordering.
How do I take my measurements?
You will need a soft tape measure and, ideally, a friend. Measure over the underwear you plan to wear on the day, keep the tape snug but not tight, and write everything down as you go. Our Size Guide walks you through each measurement step by step.
What if I make a mistake in my measurements?
Message us as soon as you notice — within 24 hours of ordering we can still update them before sewing begins. If in doubt, send us a photo of your tape at each point and we will double-check for you.
Do you ship to Ireland?
Yes — and shipping is free. All orders across Ireland and Europe are sent as tracked parcels, and you receive the tracking number by email as soon as your gown is on its way.
Can I return or exchange my gown?
Because each gown is made individually to your measurements, we cannot accept returns for fit or change of mind. If your gown arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will repair, replace or refund. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge within 24 hours of purchase — before sewing begins. After that the gown is already being made for you and cannot be cancelled.
Can I order a dress in a different colour?
Very often, yes. Most gowns are available in several shades, and we have over 100 fabrics to choose from. Message us with the gown name and the colour you have in mind.
How do I pay?
Securely at checkout by card or PayPal. Prices are in euros; your order is confirmed by email once payment is complete.
I have a wedding / Debs / race day in 4 weeks — can you make it?
Standard timing is 5–6 weeks to your door, so please write to us first with your date. If it is possible, we will tell you honestly; if it is not, we would rather say so than let you down.
