Your gown is made to your measurements, and that takes 18 days. With delivery, expect your dress four to five weeks after you order.

Every parcel is tracked. You get the tracking number by email the day it leaves us.

Ordering for a date

A wedding, a prom, a birthday you have been planning for a year — count back at least five weeks, and order with a week to spare.

If your date is sooner than that, write to us at nooranoir.official@gmail.com before you order. Sometimes we can. We will tell you honestly if we cannot.

Returns

Your gown is cut for your body and no one else's. It cannot be resold, and so it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please take your measurements carefully, and write to us before you order if anything is unclear. We answer every email personally, and we would rather talk you out of the wrong dress than sell it to you.
