Every gown is cut for one woman. That is why it cannot come back.
NooraNoir does not keep stock and does not sell sizes. Your dress is cut from the measurements you send us, for your body and no one else's. It cannot be resold, and so it cannot be returned or exchanged.
We know that asks something of you, so we ask something of ourselves in return: we will not let you order the wrong dress.
Before you order
Take your measurements carefully. Read the Size Guide — it takes five minutes and it is the whole thing.
If anything is unclear — the fit, the fabric, the length, whether the dress suits the evening you have in mind — write to us at nooranoir.official@gmail.com. We answer every email personally, and we would rather talk you out of the wrong dress than sell it to you.
If it arrives damaged
That is on us, not on you. Send a photo to nooranoir.official@gmail.com and we will replace it or refund you in full — your choice.
